“Concrete Finishes” H.S.E. is a two component 100% solids epoxy coating system designed as a heavy duty re-surfacer that will fill many cracks and superficial defects in concrete. In it’s cured state, it leaves a smooth non-porous high gloss finish that will withstand industrial chemicals and high abrasion.

Abrasion Testing:

“Concrete Finishes” H.E.S. 2000 was tested by an independent lab for abrasion resistance and compared to 4 concrete floor coatings.

Procedure:

A standard gardner-style scrup tester, using diamond grit no. 220 wet abrasion paper, kept wet and changed every 1000 cycles. Cycle to fail indicates the number of abrasive cycles to wear through the coating film (10mm) and expose one square inch of the concrete substrate.
